On\u00a0<b><span class=\"xn-chron\">March 26, 2020<\/span><\/b>, the USPTO PTAB judges issued a\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=2873973-1&amp;h=2295312656&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.millermendel.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2020%2F07%2FMarch-Denial-Decision.pdf&amp;a=22-page+decision\" rel=\"nofollow\">22-page decision<\/a>, denying Guardian Alliance Technologies&#8217; Inter Partes Review request.<\/p>\n<p>In response to the USPTO PTAB judges&#8217; decision, on\u00a0<b><span class=\"xn-chron\">April 27, 2020<\/span><\/b>, Guardian Alliance Technologies filed a<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=2873973-1&amp;h=3533176914&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.millermendel.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2020%2F07%2FRehearing-Request-04.27.2020.pdf&amp;a=%C2%A024-page+Request+for+Rehearing\" rel=\"nofollow\">\u00a024-page Request for Rehearing<\/a>\u00a0(or &#8220;appeal&#8221;), challenging the USPTO&#8217;s decision, again. On page 7 of Guardian Alliance Technologies&#8217;\u00a0Request for Rehearing, it alleges the three USPTO judges abused their discretion in ultimately denying Guardian Alliance Technologies&#8217;\u00a0request for an Inter Partes Review of the 188 patent issued to Miller on\u00a0<b><span class=\"xn-chron\">June 30, 2015<\/span><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to filing for the rehearing, in an appeal-type effort against the USPTO PTAB judges, Guardian Alliance Technologies filed for a USPTO Precedential Opinion Panel (POP) review.
