At issue in the most recent appeal was whether the restaurant can be held liable for the manager&#8217;s actions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The third time was a charm at the Fifth Court,&#8221; writes <i><u><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=2879959-1&amp;h=2104425687&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.law360.com%2Farticles%2F1298217%2Ftexas-panel-sends-steak-n-shake-sex-assault-case-to-trial&amp;a=Law360\" rel=\"nofollow\">Law360<\/a><\/u><\/i>. &#8220;This third ruling overturned the restaurant&#8217;s victory and the nine-year-old case will return to the trial court where it can proceed to a trial.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The case is <i>B.C. v.
