Holm<\/span> regarding a shareholding matter. <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Wen has already filed the Notice of Appeal with the Privy Council, the final court of appeal for the <span class=\"xn-location\">British Virgin Islands<\/span> and other <span class=\"xn-location\">Eastern Caribbean<\/span> jurisdictions on <span class=\"xn-chron\">10 November 2020<\/span>. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in <span class=\"xn-chron\">October 2016<\/span> FHL filed proceedings against <span class=\"xn-person\">Chad Holm<\/span> and two co-Defendants for breach of contract, breach of trust and breach of fiduciary duties in the Hong Kong High Court. These legal proceedings are continuing.
