She was promoted to Restaurant Manager in 2017 and became the Club&#8217;s Director of Food &amp; Beverage in November. <\/p>\n<p>Amanda was born and raised in <span class=\"xn-location\">Perry, New York<\/span> and attended <span class=\"xn-location\">Niagara University<\/span>, where she earned a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a focus in Private Club Management. While attending school, Amanda played on <span class=\"xn-location\">Niagara&#8217;s<\/span> Division I Golf Team, where she traveled to and learned about various clubs around the country.<\/p>\n<p>This scholarship will help to pay for Amanda&#8217;s coursework as she continues on her path to earn the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation. She has already completed her first three Club Management Association of America Business Management Institutes &#8211; Club Management, Leadership &amp; Principles, and GM\/COO &#8211; and has been earning education credits towards her CCM by attending workshops and conferences since her time at <span class=\"xn-location\">Niagara<\/span>. <\/p>\n<p>Mirasol General Manager and COO <span class=\"xn-person\">Matt Lambert<\/span> said, &#8220;We are very proud of Amanda&#8217;s well-deserved recognition!
