The facility&#8217;s 56 wind turbines are located in <span class=\"xn-location\">Deuel County, S.D.<\/span>, northeast of <span class=\"xn-location\">Brookings<\/span>. The facility is owned by <span class=\"xn-person\">Tatanka Ridge Wind<\/span>, LLC, which is jointly owned by Avangrid Renewables (15%) and WEC Energy Group (NYSE: WEC) (85%). <\/p>\n<p>Dairyland Power Cooperative has a power purchase agreement with <span class=\"xn-person\">Tatanka Ridge Wind<\/span>, LLC, for <br \/>51.6 MW of renewable energy. <span class=\"xn-location\">Dairyland&#8217;s<\/span> portion of <span class=\"xn-person\">Tatanka Ridge&#8217;s<\/span> output will deliver enough renewable energy to power approximately 16,000 homes.
