As the leader of an ONR chapter, Greniuch advocated neo-Nazi, antisemitic, and white supremacist ideology, far-right rhetoric and participated in neo-fascist rallies and marches.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. <span class=\"xn-person\">Jan Grabowski<\/span>, a distinguished Holocaust historian, has been an outspoken critic of <span class=\"xn-location\">Poland&#8217;s<\/span> distortion of history, facing harassment and death threats over his scholarly research.\u00a0 This month, a Polish court ordered Grabowski and fellow historian Dr. <span class=\"xn-person\">Barbara Engelking<\/span> to apologize for writing that a Polish village mayor collaborated with the Nazis during World War II in their recent scholarly work, <i>Night Without End<\/i>.\u00a0 They are appealing the decision. <\/p>\n<p>Holocaust historians working in <span class=\"xn-location\">Poland<\/span> must be free of politically-motivated criticism from politicians, courts, and organizations like IPN.\u00a0 Rulings such as this one have a chilling effect on Holocaust scholarship.
