The acquisitions mark the first expansion into <span class=\"xn-location\">California<\/span> for SCA. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The Companies are\u00a0leading providers of street sweeping services to <span class=\"xn-location\">California<\/span> municipalities, private contractors, and commercial properties.\u00a0 SCA&#8217;s acquisitions are the most recent examples of its commitment to partnering with best-in-class operators who service attractive, growing markets.
