Between December 2021 and April 2022, Seabourn Venture will sail on a series of 10- to 14-day Norwegian Winter voyages, cruising the beautiful coastlines in Norway with ample opportunities for travelers to discover the country’s splendid winter landscape and its snow-draped scenery, to learn about each region’s fascinating Viking history and culture, and to search for the majestic Northern Lights.   • Alta: Sitting at the head of its namesake fjord on the coast of Norway’s northern Finnmark province, Alta is a popular place for visitors to view the Northern Lights in season, inspiring its soaring modern Northern Lights Cathedral. In this winter adventure capital of Norway, guests can snowmobile, snowshoe and fat-bike.   • Cruising the Norwegian Fjords: Because of its size and design, Seabourn Venture can cruise the fjords to provide hours-long panoramas of scenic beauty and points of interest that unfurls on either side of the ship. Thirteen years running, the 2020 Share the Love Event will mark the fifth consecutive year there will be no cap placed on the total donation from Subaru of America, Inc. to its Share the Love Event charitable partners. The event puts new owners in the driver’s seat when it comes to selecting which charity or charities are to receive a donation from Subaru on their behalf. By the end of the event’s thirteenth year, Subaru and its participating retailers hope to exceed a grand total of $200 million donated to help those in need.

Initially, I had no intention of dignifying their baseless accusations with a response. I have since decided to change course and will take this opportunity to respond briefly to the allegations made.

Molfetta Law will take these baseless allegations to trial and Diamond Resorts will be hoisted by their own petard.

The lawsuit itself is not worth the paper it is written on and I will personally be taking this matter to trial to let a jury decide. In essence Diamond Resorts wants to operate without any restraint and without anyone questioning their tactics. Molfetta Law and I will do whatever is necessary to expose them for what they are.

In the meantime, I stand for my 30 years of experience as a former prosecutor and trial attorney. This matter will go to trial and I will prevail. From 4am Sunday 18 October, people arriving in England from Italy will need to self-isolate.

People arriving in England from Italy, San Marino and Vatican City State from 4am on Sunday 18 October will need to self-isolate for 2 weeks as the countries are removed from the travel corridor list.

Data has indicated the weekly cases and test positivity are increasing in Italy and so ministers have taken the decision to remove the destinations.

The Greek island of Crete has been added to the government’s travel corridor list following a decrease in confirmed cases of coronavirus.

From 4am on Sunday 18 October, passengers arriving in England from Crete will no longer need to self-isolate, provided they haven’t been in or transited through any other non-exempt countries in the 14 days preceding their arrival. 

The JBC’s latest risk assessment for Crete indicates that the risks to UK public health from travellers returning from there has decreased to an acceptable level.

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has updated its travel advice to advise against all but essential travel to Italy and San Marino. The island of Crete is now exempt from the FCDO’s global advisory against non-essential travel.

The government has made consistently clear it will take decisive action if necessary to contain the virus, including removing countries from the travel corridors list rapidly if the public health risk of people returning from a particular country without self-isolating becomes too high. 

Covid-19 has profoundly changed the nature of international travel. Travellers should always check the latest advice from the FCDO to keep up to date with the latest information on the risks associated with travel to another country, as well as the entry rules and measures introduced by local authorities that may affect British travellers.  

All travellers, including those from exempt destinations, will still be required to show a completed passenger locator form on arrival in the UK unless they fall into a small group of exemptions. 

Penalties for those breaching the self-isolation rules when returning from non-exempt countries have increased from 1,000 pounds for first offence up to 10,000 pounds for subsequent offences, mirroring penalties for those breaching self-isolation following a positive COVID test or contact from Test & Trace.
