«El plasma convaleciente tiene una larga historia como medio para mejorar los síntomas y reducir la mortalidad asociada con las enfermedades pandémicas, que se remonta a principios del siglo XX durante el tratamiento de la meningitis», comenta la investigadora principal del ensayo en Einstein y Montefiore, Dra.
