By conducting M&A with existing local operating companies, we have succeeded in improving productivity and profitability by conducting tours that guarantee the sense of security and quality unique to Japanese corporations, and improving efficiency through technology. Based on the success story of Bali, we have packaged a model to rebuild a local tourism company, and we are currently developing activity planning and management in 6 other cities.
