On February 25, 2021, the Company amended and extended the Credit and Security Agreement (the Agreement), dated as of February 17, 2017 (as amended), with agent BMO Harris Bank N.A. and other financial institutions with respect to its $125 million revolving credit facility (the Credit Facility). The amended Credit Facility was extended for one year with the new maturity occurring on February 16, 2023. The amount available to be borrowed under the amended Credit Facility was reduced to $100 million at the Company’s request to better align with the current borrowing base consisting of eligible accounts receivable and inventory balances at certain of its domestic subsidiaries. The amended Credit Facility can be expanded through an accordion provision within the Agreement by up to $50 million. Eso se ha conseguido 10 años antes del plan para que el país más poblado del mundo logre sus objetivos de la Agenda de Desarrollo Sostenible 2030 de Naciones Unidas, según indicó el presidente chino, Xi Jinping. Este hito se ha conseguido el mismo año en que el Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) celebra su centenario desde que se realizó su fundación.

La reforma necesita de tiempo y de un trabajo duro
El inicio no fue sencillo.
Cuando tenía 30 años, Xi fue a trabajar a principios de la década de los años 80 como funcionario de nivel de baseen el condado de Zhengding, en el norte de la provincia de Hebei, dentro del marco del denominado país para programas de alivio de la pobreza a gran escala. Es allí donde comenzó con sus experimentos en relación a la reforma: contratos de tierras rurales. Después se convirtió en secretario del comité del partido de la prefectura en Ningde, situado en el sureste de la provincia de Fujian.
«Siempre he tenido una especie de sensación de malestar», recordó Xi en su libro titulado «Up and Out of Poverty». «El alivio de la pobreza es una tarea inmensa que necesita de los esfuerzos en marcha llevados a cabo por varias generaciones».
En las siguientes dos décadas, llevó Adelante su sueño de eliminación de la pobreza hasta el centro de la vida política de China.

Medidas destinadas basadas en las situaciones prácticas
La precisión ha sido una de las claves del éxito de China. Xi presentó la estrategia de alivio selectivo de la pobreza a finales de 2013, comparando la adopción de enfoques indiscriminados como si fuera «matar pulgas con una granada de mano».
Xi, en su discurso del jueves, lo denominó «el camino de la erradicación de la pobreza con características propias de China«. De un hogar a otro hogar, se dieron respuesta a las preguntas de quién necesita exactamente ayuda, quién debería proporcionarla, cómo debería prestarse la ayuda y cuáles son las normas y procedimientos que deberían adoptarse si se busca salir de la pobreza.
Para dar un paso más, el gobierno central envió a millones de funcionarios de la ciudad al frente – pasando por las zonas más desfavorecidas y trabajando con personas en circunstancias físicas complicadas.
«Así que, de nuevo, ¿cómo puede China erradicar la pobreza absoluta? Gracias a la filosofía del partido del gobierno, el objetivo de la prosperidad común», comentó Zheng Yongnian, decano del Advanced Institute of Global and Contemporary China Studies de la Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, según explicó a CGTN.
Se llevó a cabo la mejora de la infraestructura rural, la educación y la atención médica. Los datos oficiales han demostrado que más de 9,6 millones de personas se mudaron de sus pequeñas casas construidas en adobe que pueden plantear problemas de seguridad. Algunos hospitales rurales se han asociado con sus similares metropolitanas de cara a ofrecer servicios médicos de alta calidad destinados a los residentes rurales.

Revitalización rural: Consolidar los logros
Pekín ya apunta a más, además de consolidar sus resultados que ya ha alcanzado. Se ha fijado metas para conseguir la modernización básica de la agricultura y las áreas rurales para el año 2035, siendo esta la principal meta de una industria agrícola fuerte, con campos preciosos y disponiendo de unos agricultores acomodados para el año 2050.
Se ha acuñado un término: vitalización rural.

Para todas aquellas poblaciones en las que se comercializan los productos de agricultura únicamente dentro de su municipio, sus mercados son amplios gracias a la utilización del servicio de e-commerce de rápido desarrollo.
Luo Huimin, una persona nativa del condado de Wannian, situado en la provincia de Jiangxi, llevó a cabo el análisis de las demandas de productos agrícolas en las ciudades y optimizó el suministro de productos agrícolas. En la actualidad abre cadenas de tiendas que distribuyen cultivos y aceite para los residentes situado en el país, abarcando desde Nanchang, capital provincial de Jiangxi, hasta el sur de la provincia de Guangdong.

SHENZHEN, China, Feb. 26, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — 500.com Limited (NYSE: WBAI) («500.com» or the «Company»), a China-based enterprise committed to developing cryptocurrency mining businesses, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a subsidiary of BitDeer (the «Seller») to purchase 1,923 S17 Bitcoin mining machines for a total consideration of RMB31.3 million (approximately US$4.9 million). These mining machines are deployed and in operation in Xinjiang, with an aggregate computing power of 113 PH/s. The Company today has paid the total consideration in full, and the Seller has transferred ownership of all the mining machines. As of today, the Company has officially begun generating revenue from cryptocurrency mining operations.
On January 11, 2021, the Company announced its purchase of mining machines with an aggregate computing power of 918 PH/s. These mining machines are expected to be deployed by the end of March 2021.
On February 2, 2021 the Company announced its purchase of 5,900 new mining machines with an aggregate computing power of 306 PH/s. These mining machines are expected to be deployed by the end of May 2021.
As such, the Company expects to have Bitcoin mining machines with an aggregate computing power of 1,337 PH/s by the end of the first half of 2021.
Purchase of Ethereum (ETH) Mining Machines
At the same time, the Company announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement (the «Agreement») to purchase 2,000 new ETH mining machines for a total consideration of RMB195 million (approximately US$30.2 million). Pursuant to the Agreement, a total of 100 ETH mining machines are to be delivered during May — June 2021, a total of 300 ETH mining machines are to be delivered during July — August 2021 ( 150 mining machines per month), and the remaining 1,600 ETH mining machines are to be delivered during September — December 2021 ( 400 mining machines per month).
These ETH mining machines purchased by the Company have an energy consumption ratio less than 1 MH/W. These mining machines feature ASICs developed on SeDRAM, a heterogeneous, integrated embedded DRAM platform. This ASIC utilizes hybrid bonding technology to combine ETH computing power and DRAM memory. Unlike traditional mining machines, which separate computing from memory chips, these new ETH mining machines have better on-chip bandwidth capacity, transmission efficiency, and mining efficiency with lower power consumption. Each mining machine has peak consumption of only 2400W, but generates computing power of up to 2.4 GH/s.
According to current ETH computing power estimates, these ETH mining machines’ total computing power of 4,800 GH/s is expected to represent 1.23% of the total computing power of the entire ETH network and is expected to yield a maximum of 330 ETH per day.
